The Angelini Group

The Angelini Group, which boasts a long pharmaceutical tradition, has over the years diversified and extended its business activities into other sectors.
Today these include agriculture and food production, machinery manufacturing, personal hygiene and cosmetics, and even real estate.

In the Agri-Food sector, Angelini respects the best of its Italian heritage, with high quality "made in Italy" products such as wines (Tenimenti Angelini).

In the Real Estate sector, Angelini itself operates a hotel complex in Italy.

In Cosmetics and Personal Care sector, the Spanish company Idesa develops, markets and distributes perfumes, skin creams, cosmetics, hair care and sun protection products.
Lastly, in a joint venture with Procter & Gamble, Fater is the leading Italian company in the manufacturing of sanitary towels and babies' nappies, a segment for which the company Fameccanica.Data, also a joint venture between Angelini and P&G, designs and builds the machinery.

The Angelini Group also has a considerable share in Comifar, the leading Italian intermediary distributor in the pharmaceuticals sector and partner of Phoenix, the second largest pharmaceutical wholesale company in Europe.

Today the Angelini Group, led by its chairman Francesco Angelini, the founder's grandson, is a major international corporation operating both in Italy and abroad and employing around 3,300 people, with total annual sales of approximately 1,2 billion euros.
