The Amukina products are used to disinfect fruits and vegetables.
Amukina contains sodium hypochlorite, a strong and fast-acting broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent. The characteristics of Amukina are stability, low toxicity, ease of use and guarantee of pharmaceutical quality.
Amukina is available as a liquid disinfectant in 250-ml and 500-ml bottles and as tablets. To use Amukina as a food disinfectant, dilute 50 ml of the liquid or two tablets in 2.5 litres of water and soak the fruits or vegetables. After one minute, Amukina exerts its antibacterial action against common micro-organisms. For a thorough disinfection, wait 15 minutes. After rinsing with tap water, the food is washed and disinfected without loss of taste and fragrance.
