Gynaecological anti-inflammatory

The active substance of Rosalgin pronto is benzydamine HCl (INN), a substance of acknowledged anti-inflammatory action. Benzydamine acts on inflammation, respecting and facilitating normal tissue defence and healing capacity, reducing oedema, capillary stasis and degenerative alterations.
Thus, Rosalgin pronto exercises an effective detergent action, not only through the classic mechanical effect of vaginal lavages, but also through its inhibitory action on the formation of phlogistic material, providing an evident antiexudative action.

COMPOSITION
Each single-dose bottle of 140 ml contains:
Benzydamine HCl (INN) 140 mg
Excip.: tricetol; Rosa rossa perfume; purified water.

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS
Unspecific vaginites.
Coadjuvant in the treatment of specific vaginites.

POSOLOGY
According to the doctor's criteria, 1 or 2 vaginal irrigations a day.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECT ADMINISTRATION
It may be used at room temperature or placing the closed bottle for a few minutes in lukewarm water.
Proceed as follows to use the singe-dose applier:
1st: To open the bottle, hold the top ring in place, as in the figure, and twist the cap to break the seal.

2nd: Remove the cannula until it makes contact with the top part.
The liquid will only come out once extraction is complete.
3rd: Introduce the cannula delicately into the vagina and squeeze the bottle until it is empty.
It may be emptied gradually, as needed, since it has a valve that will prevent the solution from returning to the bottle.
For full therapeutic activity, the liquid should remain in the vagina for a few minutes.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
None described.

PRECAUTIONS
In case of a specific combined treatment via the same route, Rosalgin pronto should be given initially to prevent mechanical elimination.

WARNING
This treatment does not exclude another causal treatment if it were necessary.

INCOMPATIBILITIES
None known. It is perfectly compatible with the antibiotics and antimycotics used in the treatment of infectious vaginites, boosting and accelerating their action.

UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS
None described.
